🔹 OPEN CALL🔹Broad Perspectives Training Course
💡 The seminar focuses on conflict resolution methods and tools for personal, professional, and organizational levels. Participants collaborate with partner organizations to design activities using tools such as systemic approaches, embodied activities, puppetry, improvisation theater, outdoor games, and more. The opportunity to implement these tools with a national group enhances knowledge exchange and integration into participants' work.

The project includes two phases:
Advance Planning Visit : 📅 29 March - 1April 2024.
Seminar: 📅 1 Jun - 8 Jun 2024.
🔍 1 place to attend APV and the Training Course (participation in both parts required)
👀Conditions to Participate:
+20 years
You are actively working with marginalized groups who face obstacles in life.
You are a youth worker (coordinator, facilitator, educator, mentor, leader).
You are motivated and enthusiastic to learn various conflict transformation tools and implement them in your work and the organization you're part of.
Have curiosity and interest in how to better support your target group and community.
You are committed to participating in all the phases of the project: Online assignments, Seminar, Local phase implementation.
