About the project
📣 Brand new training course on Playfight from YOUnique!
🪅 Playfight is an innovative and playful approach to personal development, which uses conscious body-work and self-expression to explore our emotions and improve our communication skills. Through a series of activities, reflection and sharing circles, participants will learn how to express themselves in a safe environment, develop their facilitation skills and build their self-awareness, confidence and resilience.

💶 Accommodation and food are covered by Erasmus+ Programme!
🧳For youth workers, facilitators, volunteers 18+ years old, with official residence in Italy
