🇮🇹 Il progetto
“Skills Up!”è un progetto focalizzato sullo sviluppo di soft skills chiave e competenze trasversali cardine per future carriere dei partecipanti. Attraverso diverse attività esperienziali e non formali, i partecipanti svlipperanno attitudine alla leadership, "Learning to Learn", pensiero critico, elementi di alfabetizzazione digitale, creatività, innovazione, comunicazione e capacità di gestione di progetti. Fondamentale sarà inoltre l'aspetto interculturale, apprendendo e confrontanto elementi culturali delle diverse nazioni presenti offrendo nuovi spunti di riflessione e importanti capacità per carriere future. I partecipanti sperimenteranno metodi di educazione non formale, workshop, riflessioni e valutazioni e saranno in prima persona chiamati ad implementarne alcuni.

🇬🇧 About the project
“Skills Up!” is a project about developing key skills and competences, mainly
those soft skills that will be most needed in participants' future careers.
Through different experiential and non-formal activities, participants will
improve their leadership, learning to learn, critical thinking, media literacy,
creativity, innovation, communication, and project management skills.
Through debates and discussions, they are also going to be able to learn about
each other’s culture and get a cross-cultural point of view on the topic of
important career skills for the future.
Participants are going to experience non-formal education. They are going to
participate in activities, workshops, reflections, and evaluations and are also
going to implement sessions by themselves. Participants will have the chance
to improve in many different ways during the project by living in an intercultural
environment.
