🇮🇹 Il progetto
Il progetto "Break the borders in yourself" è stato creato con l'obiettivo di sostenere i migranti, analizzando i processi migratori e indagando i modi di stabilire paure e violenze verso le diverse nazionalità e trovare modi per risolvere i pregiudizi per quanto riguarda le altre nazioni. Il dialogo culturale tra i partecipanti è una parte essenziale del progetto, dato che la parte principale delle sessioni è costruita sulla condivisione dell'esperienza tra persone di diversi paesi.
Il profilo dei partecipanti è quello di giovani esperti e attivi di età compresa tra i 16 e i 30 anni (il team leader può avere più di 30 anni) che sono operatori di comunità o attivisti locali che lavorano per risolvere problemi sociali, hanno idee di un progetto che potrebbe migliorare la situazione dei migranti nel loro paese o diminuire il numero di stereotipi in cui crede la popolazione locale. I partecipanti hanno almeno un'esperienza di base nella gestione dei progetti, il che aumenterà l'impatto della diffusione dei risultati del progetto.

🇬🇧 About the project
The Project “Break the borders in yourself” is created with a view to supporting migrants, analyzing the migration processes and investigating the ways of establishing fears and violence towards different nationalities and finding ways of solving prejudices as concerns other nations. The Cultural dialogue between participants is an essential part of the project, as the main part of sessions is built on sharing the experience between people from different countries.
The profile of the participants is experienced, active youth aged 16-30 (the team leader can be older than 30 years) that are community workers or local activists working on solving social problems, have ideas of a project that could improve the situation of migrants in their country or decrease the number of stereotypes the local population believes in. Participants have at least basic experience in project management, which will increase the impact of the dissemination of project results.
